WACO Title has announced that it will host a grand opening for its new Hot Springs location at 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 14. All community members are invited.
The new space occupies about 1,200 SF in an Arvest Bank complex and is the 25th location in WACO’s network. WACO Title provides title and closing services for residential, commercial, builder/developer, investor, municipal and lending needs. WACO also provides 1031 exchange services.
“WACO Title is very excited to join the Hot Springs community and provide an exceptional experience to our business partners and customers,” said Sara Heck, WACO CEO. Senior closing agent Celia George has 20 years of financial services industry experience and will lead operations at the new location.
“Waco Title is committed to excellence in assisting customers in Hot Springs and the surrounding areas with all of their real estate title, closing and escrow needs,” said George.
