Jennifer Lester will join Newmark Moses Tucker Partners as chief operating officer on Jan. 1, 2022, the commercial real estate development firm announced Wednesday.
Lester currently is a principal in Union Plaza Commercial Real Estate, where she has managed the 21-story Union Plaza building in downtown Little Rock for the past two decades. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate operations, construction, leasing and accounting, according to a press release.
“Jennifer started her career with our forerunner company, Moses Tucker Real Estate, over 20 years ago and we are delighted that she is joining us now,” said Chris Moses, president and CEO of Newmark. “She is highly regarded in the industry and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our growing company.”
Lester holds the Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Real Property Administrator designation (RPA) from BOMA International, and an Arkansas real estate broker’s license. She is a two-time past president of BOMA Greater Little Rock, a past president of the BOMA Southwest Region and a past president of Arkansas Chapter 64 of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association.
