The EJ Ball Building in Fayetteville, located at 112 W. Center St., has been sold.
The 58,000-square foot, seven-story structure was sold for $10.5 million, according to Newmark Moses Tucker Partners (NMTP). Twoer Square of Fayetteville and Bradford Square of Arkansas LLC, which purchased the building in 2016, sold the property to an undisclosed buyer.
“We can’t thank our partners and investors enough for their trust and commitment in this venture. Projects like this are a true testament of our firm’s mission statement and overall impact on the community.”, NMTP president and CEO Chris Moses said in a statement.
Moses and Greyson Skokos of NMTP represented the seller, while Britnee Stearman of the Griffin Company Commercial represented the buyer. NMTP, which has overseen the property, will continue to lease and manage the property on behalf of the new ownership.
Alongside Specialized Real Estate Group, NMTP also oversaw the renovation of the EJ Ball Building, modernizing the exterior and performing interior and building system upgrades.
“Revitalization of 112 West Center was one of the first significant projects for Moses Tucker in Fayetteville and one that aligned with our philosophy and focus on downtown urban core,” Skokos said.
