Specialized Real Estate Group has announced that it will soon be breaking ground on First Street Flats, Downtown Rogers’ first large-scale, multi-family community.
Located at 401 First St., inside of the Water Tower District, First Street Flats will take use of part of the old Ozark Cider and Vinegar Company building to create a central gathering space. The gathering space will include a plunge pool, coffee bar, additional storage for outdoor recreation rentals and a co-working space.
Modus Studio is responsible for designing the community, which will include four three-story buildings with a total of 121 units. The architecture and prototyping company has worked on several other projects that can be seen both in and out of NWA. Some of these projects include Ozark Natural Foods Co-Op, Adohi Hall, Greenway Office Park, Coler Mountain Bike Reserve, Fayettechill Basecamp and Uptown Apartments + Shops.
