As corporate communications leader, Nick leads Garver’s in-house communications team, charged with all facets of branding, strategic marketing and internal communications throughout the firm’s 13-state footprint. Since joining the firm in 2011, she created the firm’s competitive recruitment program; developed GarverGives, the company’s employee-driven charitable giving program that prioritizes STEM partnerships; and spearheaded Garver’s multi-state centennial year celebration. Nick serves on the executive board for the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Leadership Arkansas as well as the steering committee of Women Empowered for the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas.
