Colliers International | Arkansas has added two new members to its team, along with two services that will be part of its roster of offerings.
The real estate and property management’s first hire in September was Lisa Turpin, a strategic planner and project manager. Hired Sept. 9, Turpin will be responsible for providing in-house test fits and office space plans.

Hiring Turpin allows the Colliers to provide additional services further in its clients’ plans, with more oversight in the construction process.
“Lisa will enable us to be able to service our clients literally from start to finish – all the way through planning furniture placement and coordinating their move,” Isaac Smith, president of Colliers, said in a statement.
Colliers also hired Bradford Gaines as the company’s director of new developments in order to “focus on ground-up development,” according to a company release. “Bradford’s construction and development experience will help our firm and our clients make their development plans a reality,” Smith said.
