A new convenience store development is being planned in NorthShore Business Park off of I-430. A buyer has recently purchased a 1.89-acre site at the business park’s entrance that is expected to house a retail building with a Circle K convenience store.
The buyer was NLA Northshore CK, LLC, which paid $1.196 million for the site. According to the Arkansas Secretary of State’s website, the company is a foreign limited liability company registered in Montgomery, Ala.
NLA Northshore CK purchased the land from Pfeifer Family Limited Partnership #1 on Sept. 4. The Pfeifer partnership group was represented by Jeff Hathaway of the Hathway Group, while Bluefin Brokerage represented the buyer.
Alimentation Couche-Tard, a Canadian convenience store operator, acquired Circle K in 2003. Operating 9,792 convenience stores in North America, Alimentation Couche-Tard is the largest convenience store operator in the United States.
