Starbucks, Dental Solutions and Tide Dry Cleaners
Chenal Marketplace has a new owner.
The marketplace, located at Chenal Parkway and Kanis Road in West Little Rock, was sold by KRS Parcel 7, LLC. A group of local real estate investors led by Wes Martin, Hathaway Group vice president, purchased Chenal Marketplace.
KRS Parcel 7 is a Little Rock-based LLC, according to the Secretary of State’s website. The registered agent for the LLC is Seaborn Bell. The seller was represented by Whisinvest Realty of Little Rock.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Mellow Mushroom in West Little Rock
Chenal Marketplace features two multi-tenant buildings and three single-tenant buildings. Tenants include Arvest Bank, Best Nails, Chuy’s, Mellow Mushroom, Starbucks, Tide Cleaners, U Salon and Westrock Orthodonics.
The Hathaway Group will serve as the property managers and will lease the property. Currently, there is no space available for lease.
