Affordable Housing Fayetteville

Excellerate Foundation, an organization that aims for affordable housing in Northwest Arkansas, has announced the addition of Cobblestone Farm Community, which is located at the corner of Wedington Drive and 54th Avenue in Fayetteville.

This multi-use community space includes one, two, three and four bedroom apartments and duplexes, disability-inclusive housing and affordable units. A playground, green space and more are included for recreation and connective spaces. The community will allow for affordable housing for approximately 100 families in the area.

Organizations such as the Excellerate Foundation, Anthology Real Estate, Cobblestone Farms, New Heights Church, Strategic Realty, Potter’s House and more collaborated in order to bring Cobblestone Farm Community to West Fayetteville.

“As Northwest Arkansas grows, so does its prosperity. But for many in our community, that prosperity remains out of reach. More than 150,000 people in Benton, Madison and Washington Counties face financial insecurity, housing instability and a host of other challenges every single day,” as stated on the Excellerate Foundation website.

The range for rent at Cobblestone Family Farms will be between $365 and $635, and will be rent protected for 35 years.
