Stōko Coworking Space has recently opened at 610 President Clinton Ave. in downtown Little Rock. Founder and owner, Taylor Stokes, envisioned the “coworking space” as a rentable office space that was more than just a rentable office space, one that could be its own shared community of small businesses, providing fully furnished offices and continual networking opportunities in an excellent location.

“I fully believe that we aren’t meant to do life alone – especially in our work space. If the recent pandemic has taught us anything it’s that surrounding yourself with community and local support changes everything. It makes an 8-5 brighter, dreams feel more realistic and life a whole lot less lonely,” Stokes said, in a post to Stōko’s website.

To create a space that directly supports and helps flourish your dream – well, that’s MY dream.

The Stōko building is home to conference rooms, a fully equipped podcast room, phone booths, the second location of the local coffee shop Fidel & Co, and more. There are also weekly programs to provide networking opportunities with other businesses in the building, not to mention the chance to simply sit with them at work. Stōko is even pet friendly, and will allow you to bring in your dog.

As a coworking space, businesses can rent as little space as needed, rather than having to pay for a large –and expensive – office space.  For sole businesses owners who work from home, a coworking space can allow for community, while renting a single space for yourself. In renting space to work, renters have access to storage space, parking and access to the building’s printer and mailing address.

To learn more or sign up, visit its website. Those interested can start with a one-day pass for $25, while long-term memberships start at $100 for five days per month for a “common desk” in the shared space.
