RopeSwing Hospitality Group announced that it is developing Record, a 12,000-square-foot event space in downtown Bentonville, located at 104 SW A St.
Construction will begin this month, with an opening scheduled for October 2016.
Two events have already been confirmed for the new space: The Made by Few Conference, Oct. 26-29, and events associated with the 2016 International Mountain Biking Association World Summit, Nov. 10-12, which is taking place in Bentonville.
“Bentonville’s rapid growth has created demand for flexible spaces that can be utilized for business meetings, private events and entertainment,” said Rob Apple, managing director of RopeSwing. “Record is part of our efforts to support high-quality events and entertainment in our hometown, and we are looking forward to opening our doors in October.”
Record will offer a variety of spaces to rent for events, while also hosting a diverse lineup of entertainment. Further details, including information on room accommodations and how to rent space, will be announced in June.
