The Arkansas Department of Transportation reports that for the next several months, there will be no option to make left turns at the intersection of Cantrell and Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock.
Drivers coming from the east on Cantrell Road (or 430) wanting to get on Rodney Parham will need to take the 430 Interstate South to the Rodney Parham exit.
Traffic coming from the west on Cantrell Road wanting to go to Two Rivers Park will need to proceed to a U-turn location, then turn right onto River Mountain Drive.
Drivers on Rodney Parham Road wanting to turn left onto Cantrell Road will instead need to turn right onto Cantrell and proceed to a U-turn location.
The changes are due to ARDOT working to realign traffic along Cantrell following recent major construction to the roadway.
