
An 18,300-square-foot office space in the Riverdale section of Little Rock has sold in a $3.1 million deal.
The building, located at 101 River Bluff Drive has been sold to Hundred One LLC for $3.1 million, with the deal closing on May 18. According to a news release, the buyer is an investment group owned by the Hathaway Group’s four principals – Jeff Hathaway, Stuart Mackey, John Hathaway and Wes Martin – as well as several clients.
Swan Harbor LLC sold the property with Kelley Commercial Partners representing them in the transaction. Swan Harbor, an investment group, is owned by Scott Trotter, Alan Perkins, Leon Catlett, Roxanne Catlett and Cori Catlett.
The Riverdale property is now fully leased and Hathaway Group is managing the property.
Motel Sleepers Inc. will lease approximately one-third of the property. Another firm will be leasing the remaining space and will be moving into the space later in 2021.
