Ramona Roberts Realtors in Fort Smith has merged with Weichert, Realtors – The Griffin Company.
The company announced the merger, which took effect Monday, Dec. 7, in a social media post. Arkansas Money & Politics reached out to confirm the merger with Weichert, Realtors – The Griffin Company owner Carter Clark.
According to Carter, the new merger will enable the real estate company to better serve clients in the Greater Fort Smith and Arkansas River Valley regions.
“We’re very pleased with Ramona’s history in Fort Smith,” Clark said. “We’re looking forward to growing our footprint in the Fort Smith area.”
Currently, the combined company has more than 50 agents, according to Clark. As part of its continued growth, he expects to continue to grow the agent roster with individuals attuned to the company’s culture.
The Weichert, Realtors – The Griffin Company office will be located at 3500 Old Greenwood Road in Fort Smith.
In addition to its Fort Smith location, Weichert, Realtors – The Griffin Company also has offices in Bentonville, Fayetteville and Springdale.
